Robert A. Ringler
Judge
Judge Ringler was appointed in January of 2011. He previously served as both an SSA judge and an administrative judge with the MSPB. Before that he worked for 6 years as an NLRB field attorney in Region 3. He also spent 5 years in private practice with emphasis on labor and employment law. He received his B.A. degree from the State University of New York in Buffalo, his J.D. degree from the Hofstra University School of Law, and his L.L.M. in labor and employment law from Georgetown University Law Center.
