In Alabama, serves: Baldwin, Barbour, Bullock, Butler, Chocktaw, Clarke, Coffee, Conecuh, Covington, Crenshaw, Dale, Dallas, Escambia, Geneva, Henry, Houston, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Mobile, Monroe, Montgomery, Pike, Russell, Washington and Wilcox Counties.
In Florida, serves: Bay, Calhoun, Escambia, Franklin, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Liberty, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Walton, and Washington Counties.
In Missouri, serves: Dunklin, Mississippi, New Madrid, and Pemiscot Counties
In Tennessee, serves: Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Fayette, Gibson, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Lake, Lauderdale, McNairy, Madison, Obion, Shelby, Tipton, and Weakley Counties.
Established in 1935, the National Labor Relations Board is an independent federal agency that protects employees, employers, and unions from unfair labor practices and protects the right of private sector employees to join together, with or without a union, to improve wages, benefits and working conditions. Public Comments Invited on Proposal to Close Little Rock NLRB Office
National Labor Relations Board General Counsel Richard F. Griffin, Jr. announced that he is considering a proposal to close the Agency’s office in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Office of the General Counsel is inviting public comments on the proposal to realign Agency resources.
