Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time cashiers, professional pet stylists and pet stylists in training, professional bathers, pet products associates, pet care specialists, area pet trainers, pet training instructor Ils, and associate leads employed by the Employer at its facility located at 4540 Grape Road, Mishawaka, Indiana. EXCLUDED: All store leaders, assistant store leaders, office clerical employees, professional employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. OTHERS WHO MAY BE PERMITTED TO VOTE: Merchandising & inventory leaders, pet salon leaders, customer engagement leaders, and seasonal employees may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved.
