Unit Sought: Included all full time and part time armed and unarmed security officers employed by the Employer at various locations throughout Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island, Nassau, Suffolk, Weschester and Yonkers Excluded all non-security employees, managers and staff as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included all regular full time and regular part time Security Guards employed by the employer at the New York Libraries in the boroughs of the Bronx, Manhattan and Statend Island, New York. Excluded excluding all otherrs set forth under 9(b) 3 of the National Labor Relations Act.
