Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part time baristas and shift supervisors employed by the Employer at its facility located at One Financial Plaza, Providence, RI, 02903. Excluded: All store managers, assistant store managers, office clercials, confidential employees, managerial employees, and all other employees, professional employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All undergraduate students enrolled at Smith College who are employed in Dining Services. Excluded: All other employees, including non-student employees, managerial employees, and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act. ELIGIBLE VOTERS: Those eligible to vote in the election are employees in the above unit who were employed during the payroll period ending December 2, 2023, and have worked an average of four (4) hours per week or more in dining services since the start of the 2023-2024 academic year, including employees who did not work during that period because they were ill, on vacation, or were temporarily laid off. In a mail ballot election, employees are eligible to vote if they are in the above unit on both the payroll period ending date and on the date they mail in their ballots to the Board’s designated office.
