Unit Sought: UNIT: All part-time graduate and undergraduate faculty(adjuncts, lecturers or instructors) employed by Northeastern University to teach at least one credit-bearing course in a degree-grantiing program at its Massachusetts campuses, including the School of Law, and compensated by Northeastern University on a per course basis. EXCLUSIONS: All tenured or tenure-track faculty; visiting or contract faculty; faculty only teaching online courses at locations outside Massachusetts, continuing education courses or low residency courses; all other employees, whether or not they have teaching as part of or in addition to their responsibilities, including deans, provosts, professional and non- professional employees, administrators, department chairs, graduate assistants, graduate students, research assistants, clinical fellows, teaching fellows, athletic coaches, academic advisors, maintenance employees, clerical employees, clinical nurses, managers, and confidential employees; and supervisors and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Including: All full tme, regular part time and per diem service employees (who meet the NLRB standard of working an average of four hours per week for the thirteen weeks immediately preceding the eligiblity date for an election) including Certified Nursing Assistants, Unit Secretaries and Physical Therapy Aide employed at Radius Specialty Hospital - Quincy Excluding: Licensed Practical Nurses, Nursing Technicians, Respiratory, Therapists and all other technical and professional employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
