Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time Registered Nurses, RN Team Leaders, Inpatient Services RNs, Staff Home Therapy RNs, Dieticians, Social Workers, Licensed Practical Nurses, Patient Care Technicians, Secretaries/Receptionists, and *Per Diem Employees employed by the Employer at its clinic located at 4 Corwin Court, Newburgh, NY 12550. Excluded: All other employees including, but not limited to, Clinical Managers, Charge Nurses, Technical Supervisors, Home Therapies Program Managers, Acute Coordinators, supervisory and managerial employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. * Employees who worked 4 or more hours per week on average in the last quarter prior to the eligibility date
