Excluded: All other employees including the G.C. Pro, Operations and Support departments; sales training managers; operations managers; and store managers; and other supervisors and security employees and guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time cashiers and stock clerks employed by the Employer at its store located at 666 Lexington Avenue, Mt. Kisco, New York, excluding the store manager, assistant general managers, department managers, managerial employees, office clerical employees, confidential employees, professional employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
