Unit Sought: All licensed practical employees, technical employees and technologists, including polysomnographic technicians, polysomnographic technologists, radiologic technologists, nuclear medicine technologists, dialysis technicians, diagnostic medical sonographers, respiratory care practitioners, cardiopulmonary technicians, obstetrical technicians, certified obstetrical technologists, certified surgical technologists, surgical technicians, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapy assistants, coders, noninvasive cardiovascular technicians, emergency room technicians, neurodiagnostic technicians, neurodiagnostic technologists, anesthesia technicians and medical staff coordinators regularly employed by the Employer at its 194 Howard Street location, to be added to the existing bargaining unit to establish the unit described below.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Security Officers 1 and 2 and Central Alarm Station Operators employed by Yale University in its Security Department Excluded: All other employees, clerical workers, shift supervisors, lead officers, and managers, and professional employees.

Unit Sought: Inluded: SCADA and Technical Dispatchers.

Unit Sought: Included: Maintenance mechinic, draught techniciandispatch router and diesel mechanic added to existing unit via Armour-Globe Election Excluded:

Unit Sought: Incl: All full-time and regular part-time flat rate and hourly paid service technicians. Excl: All other employees, including office clericals employees, sales people, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
