Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All regular full-time and part-time* registered nurses employed by the Employer at its facility located at 300 Corporate Boulevard South, Yonkers, New York. * Eligible part- time employees are those who regularly averaged four (4) or more hours of work per week for the last calendar quarter prior to the eligibility date. EXCLUDED: All other employees, including Director of Nursing, RN Associate Leader, RN Supervisors, RN Team Leaders, MDS Nurse, RN Clinical Educators, Infection Control Nurse, Director of Admissions, Employee Health RN, Informatics RN's, managers and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
