Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time Maintenance Mechanics, Plumbers Electricians, Power Plant Operators, HVAC Mechanics, Carpenters, Painters Excluded: All supervisors and guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All non-tenure track full-time lectures employed in the College of Arts and Sciences, including, but not limited to, lectures with titles of Coordinator, Course Administrator, Director or Supervisor. A full-time lecturer who works for the College in another capacity shall not lose his or her status as a bargaining unit member unless expressly excluded as a supervisor, manager or confidential employee as defined by the Act. Excluded: All other employees including tenured and tenure-track faculty; professors of the practice; non-tenure track assistants and associate professors; post doctoral scholars; research associate; part-time lecturers; deans; provost; department chairs; maintenance employees; full-time lecturers in Athlectics, the College of Special Studies, Experimental College, the College of Engineering, The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy, Dental School, School of Medicine, Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, and/or Friedman School of Nutrition Sciene and Policy, and guards, supervisors, and confidential employees as defined in the act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time, regular part-time, or per diem (who worked an average of 8 hours per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for this election) BOC (non-professional) employees employed at Nashoba Valley Medical Center EXCLUDED: All other employees, already represented employees, managers, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time, regular part-time, or per diem (who worked an average of 4 hours per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for this election) non-professional employees employed at Nashoba Valley Medical Center EXCLUDED: All other employees, already represented employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
