Unit Sought: Included: All Full-time and regular part-time, Washers, Sorters, Pressers, Ticketing, Shipping and Receiving Personnel employed by the employer at its facility located at 650 First Avenue, NY, NY. Excluded: All other employees including clerical employees, sales personnel, and guards, and professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time, regular part-time and *per diem Physician Assistants employed by the Employer at 1400 Pelham Parkway, Bronx, NY and 3424 Kossuth Ave., Bronx, NY. Excluded: All other employees including guards, and professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act. Inasmuch as the parties cannot agree whether or not the Director of PA Services for Surgery/Critical Care and Supervising Physician Assistants should be included in or excluded from the bargaining unit, the individual(s) in that classification may vote subject to challenge. * The parties agree that per diem employees eligible to vote are those employees who have worked an average of 4 hours per week during the quarter (13 weeks) prior to the eligibility date set forth below.
