Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time Maintenance Mechanics, Plumbers Electricians, Power Plant Operators, HVAC Mechanics, Carpenters, Painters Excluded: All supervisors and guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All non-tenure track full-time lectures employed in the College of Arts and Sciences, including, but not limited to, lectures with titles of Coordinator, Course Administrator, Director or Supervisor. A full-time lecturer who works for the College in another capacity shall not lose his or her status as a bargaining unit member unless expressly excluded as a supervisor, manager or confidential employee as defined by the Act.
