Unit Sought: Included: All student workers employed at the Graduate School of Design Fabrication Lab in part-time positions. Excluded: All guards, supervisors and professional employees as defined by the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Baristas and Shift Supervisors employed by the Employer at its facility located at 96 Calef Highway, Epping, NH 03042. Excluded: All store managers, assistant store managers, office clericals, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time Physiatrists employed by NSPG, Inc. Excluded: All seasonal, casual, and managerial employees

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time retail personal service providers (budtenders and lead budtenders) and inventory employees employed by the Employer at its Whately, Massachusetts facility. Excluded: All managers, guards and professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others Permitted to Vote: The parties agree that loss preventional specialists (dispensary security guard reception) may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.

Unit Sought: The Union has demanded voluntary for the following unit: All full-time 3rd class engineers & 2nd engineers working as chief boiler operators & boiler operators. The Employer maintains the appropriate unit should include: All full-time, regular part-time and per diem 3rd Class Engineers, 2nd Class Engineers, Carpenters, Electricians, General Maintenance Technicians, HVAC Techs (unlicensed), HVAC Technicians, Lead Groundsman, Painters and Plumbers.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full time and regular part time certified and non-certified staff employed by the employer in the Upper School, including certified teachers, school librarian, school nurse-teacher, social worker, guidance counselor, dean of student culture, academic dean, teaching partners (teachers’ aides), student success manager, secretaries, school custodian, and athletic coordinator. EXCLUDED: All confidential employees, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, including the principal, after school coaches and pep squad advisor.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time, regular part time, per diem RNs employed by DFCI-Foxborough. Excluded: office clerical employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
