EXCLUDED: All other employees, and non-professional employees as set forth in Unit B, below, and Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director, Deputy Chief Counsel, Chief of Trial, Bureau Chief, Comptroller, Administrative Assistant, and guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
