Unit Sought: Employees Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer performing line clearance tree trimming on the property of United Illuminating Company in the State of Connecticut, including working crew forepersons, trimmers, and ground persons. Employees Excluded: All other employees, outsource crews, safety trainers, permission persons, work planners, general forepersons, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: ALL NON-PROFESSIONAL DIRECT CARE FULL-TIME, PART-TIME AND RELIEF EMPLOYEES (INCLUDING ASSISTANT HOUSE MANAGERS) WHO MEET THE BOARD STANDARD OF WORKING AN AVERAGE OF FOUR (4) HOURS PER WEEK FOR THE THIRTEEN WEEKS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE ELIGIBILITY DATE FOR THIS ELECTION.
