Excluded: All other employees, including Drivers in positions not requiring a CDL, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Visual Merchandisers and Sales Advisors Excluded: Store Manager, Assistant Managers, Office and Clerical, guards as defined by the act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time install sprinkler fitters employed by the Employer out of its facility located at 509 Washington Ave, Carlstadt, NJ 07072. Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees working in the Employer’s facility at 705 Bradburn Place, Stafford, VA, 22554, including but not limited to customer service representatives, inventory control clerks, operations clerks, takers, forklift operators, material handlers, and order filler pickers and leads. Excluded: All temporary employees, supervisors, managers, payroll clerks, confidential employees, guards, professional employees, and commercial motor vehicle operators in the existing unit represented by Warehouse Employees Local Union No. 322, A/W International Brotherhood of Teamsters.
