Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All regular full-time and part-time CDL Class A Drivers EXCLUDED: All other employees, supervisors, managers, and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and regular part-time Merrimack College Facility's Employees. Excluded: All other Employees Supervisors, Managers, and Guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: "Term faculty," "NRF," "Distinguished Term:" A vote in favor of union representation is a vote to be added to the existing unit known as the Emerson College Chapter of the American Association of University Professors ("ECCAAUP") (currently comprised of "All full-time teaching faculty members excluding Department Chairs, part-time faculty members, administrators, deans, non-teaching professionals, librarians and library employees, coaches, faculty on Term Contracts, and all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act"). The ECCAAUP continues in existence. By agreement, included in the group to vote on inclusion in the ECCAAUP Unit are all Term Faculty and all Non-renewable Term Faculty ("NRF"). There are, in addition, nine individuals with the title "Distinguished Term Faculty." Of these, four (Professors Carl, Dower, Ketner, and Randolph) were issued staff contracts, and the union agrees that these four should be excluded. The ECCAAUP wishes to include the five additional individuals with the title of Distinguished Term Faculty, while the employer wishes to exclude all nine individuals holding the Distinguished Term Faculty title. The parties have agreed that the five contested Distinguished Term Faculty shall be permitted to vote subject to the employer's challenge.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time employees, including maintenance technicians, building engineers, electricians, and assistant chief engineers employed by the Employer at its 1 Lincoln Street, Boston, MA facility, but excluding all other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
