Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees having the job of Direct Care, Advocate, Assistant Team Leader, Assistant Program Manager, and relief employees in these same job titles employed by the Employer at its greater Lowell facilities, who worked an average of four (4) or more hours per week in the thirteen (13) week period immediately preceding the eligibility date for this election. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical, reception, accounting and billing employees, administrative employees, professional employees, nursing and clinical employees, maintenance employees, security employees, managerial employees, Program Directors, Assistant Program Directors, Program Manager, Team Leaders, all non-direct care employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
