Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Sacred Heart University shuttle drivers employed by the Employer at its facility located in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Excluded: All other employees, dispatchers, office clerical employees, and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Distribution Warehouse Employees employed by the Employer. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, sanitation workers and guards, professional employees and superisors as defined in the Act.
