Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time (who worked on average at least four hours per week in the thirteen weeks preceding the filing of the petition) Professional employees including Physicians, Social Workers, Nutritionists, Nurse Practitioners, RN's, Dentists, Optometrists, and Domestic Violence Coordinator. Excluded: Managers Including department managers, confidential employees, supervisors and guards as defined in the Act.
