Excluded: All professional employees, inlcuding teachers, guidance counselors, nurses, psychologists, social workers and speech language pathologists, and all other employees, including Teachers Aides-One to One, Teacher Aides-kitchen associates/food service workers/kitchen helpers, custodians/maintainers/maintenance workers, as well as supervisors and guards as defined by the Act.
