Unit Sought: Included: This petition seeks an Armour-Globe self-determination election to add all professional employees [All full-time, part-time and per diem Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy employees; Master Social Worker (MSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Lab Scientist, and Pharmacists] to the existing bargaining unit of employees currently represented by the Petitioner set forth in the collective bargaining agreement that extends from July 1 2023 through June 30, 2026; employed by the Employer located at San Ramon Regional Medical Center - Main, San Ramon Regional Medical ASC, and San Ramon Regional Medical Center South Building. Excluded: All Skilled Maintenance Employees and all Business Office Clerical employees and all other employees, including supervisors and guards as defined by the Act.
