Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time service department, lubepersons, parts employees, parts/shipping employees, lot persons, shuttle drivers, runners and shop maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its facility at 1408 W Hwy 13, Burnsville, Mn; excluding guards, office clerical employees, managerial employees, professional employees, sales personnel and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Service desk, pricing clerks, produce clerks, bakery clerks, grocery, seafood, deli clerks, floral clerks, cashiers, baggers, health and beauty aides, coffee shop and maintenance. Excluded: Store and co. manager and all other managers including: produce, deli, bakery, grocery, floral, front end, watchmen, meat, and all other supervisory workers as defined by the Act.
