Unit Sought: All registered and graduate nurses employed by the Employer at the Employer's Margaretville, New York facility. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, licensed practical nurses, technical employees and maintenance employees, student nurses, department heads, in-service nurses, in-service coordinators, other nursing coordinators, chief x-ray technician, laboratory manager, the supervisor of the respiratory therapy departemnt, and all other nursing supervisors, charge nurses and all other supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: all associates of Sander, Siddall, & Tangeman at U.C. in the temporary replacement facilities. EXCLUDED: office clerical associates, student associates working 20 hours per week or less, supervisors as defined in the Act
