Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, licensed practical nurses, technical employees and maintenance employees, student nurses, department heads, in-service nurses, in-service coordinators, other nursing coordinators, chief x-ray technician, laboratory manager, the supervisor of the respiratory therapy department, and all other nursing supervisors, charge nurses and all other supervisors as defined by the Act.
