Unit Sought: Included: Journeyman (1000+ hours), Helpers (500+ hours), and Newhires (less than 500 hours), employed by the General Service Contractors described above, within the geographic jurisdictions of I.A.T.S.E. Locals 835, 631, 558, 552, 412, 321, 115, 60, AFL-CIO, all in Florida, who perform the following duties: The handling and placing of pipe, bases, drape, tables, table draping, erecting or dismantling display booths and/or exhibits, modular systems, pegboards, tack boards, drape hung or rigged, carpeting, furniture, platforms, I.D. signs within booth, floor marketing, waste baskets, aisle banners, signage, table risers, and Association work as it pertains to the scope of work covered by the most recent or expired collective-bargaining agreement between said labor organizations and the General Service Contractors described above. Excluded: Freight, Emergency List, and all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Janitorial and building maintenance employees. Excluded: All other employees including office clericals, administrative, executive, salesman, and all other supervisory employees with the authority to hire, promote, discharge, discipline, or otherwise affect changes in the status of employees or effectively recommend any such action.
