Excluded: All processors, lay-out technicians, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time operating engineers, maintenance mechanics, plant service senior mechanics, plaint service mechanics, plant service senior tradesmen, plant service radesmen, senior groundpeople, general service workers and steamfitters employed by the Employer at its facility located at White Plains, NY. Excluded: All other employees, including working foremena nd office clerical employees, as well as guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.
