Unit Sought: Incl: Journeyman (1000+ hours, helpers (500+ hours), and newhires (less than 500 hours), employed by H.H. & L. Decorators, within the geographic jurisdictions of IATSE Locals 835, 631, 558, 552, 412, 321, 115, 60, AFL-CIO, all in Florida, who perform the folowing duties: the handling and placing of pipe, bases, drape, tables, table draping, erecting or dismantling display booths and/or exhibits, modular systems, pegboards, tack boards, drape hung or rigged, carpeting, furniture, platforms, I.D. signs within booth, floor marketing, waste baskets, aisle banners, signage, table risers, and association work as it pertains to the scope of work covered by the expired collective-bargaining agreement between said labor organizations and the General Service Contractor described above. Excl: Freight, emergency list, standby, and all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
