Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time Security Officers and Watchpersons, armed and unarmed, as well as any rank designation IE: Sergeant, corporal, etc. not recognized as management by the NLRA, employed by Burns Incorporated Security Services in the following locations: 630 Ceder Ave., 620 Ceder Ave., 1611 S 6th Street and 1627 S 6th Street, all in Minneapolis Minnesota. These buildings are under the control of the Minnesota Department of Public Housing, which has contracted with Burns International to provide security for these site. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, managers, supervisors, assistant supervisors, and all other employees as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Concrete construction such as buildings, bridges, silos, elevators, smoke stacks, curbs and gutters, sidewalks and all surfaces of cement, rock asphalt, all types of vacuum mats used in the drying of cement floorsi in preparing same for finishing. Excluded: Guards, professional employees, supervisors, and office clerical employees.

Unit Sought: Included: The finishing of all concrete construction, such as buildings, bridges, silos, elevators, smoke stacks, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, streets and roads, paving alleys and roofs, of mass or reinforced concrete slabs and all surfaces of cement, rock asphalt, the laying and spreading and finishing of all types of bituminous concrete, including all types of vacuum mats used in the drying of cement floors in preparing same for finishing. Excluded: Guards, professional employees, supervisors, and office clerical employees.
