Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, flat rate employees employed by the Employer at its Milwaukee, WI facility in the classification of automotive technician, body shop technician, automotive mechanics, automotive machinists, body and fender peson, automotive painters and lead person. Excluded: All other employees not covered by the above classifications, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time Inpatient Physical Therapy Assistants and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants employed by the employer's Polinsky Building located at 530 E2nd Street, Duluth, Mn. Note: Because these employees are regularly transferred to the hospital, they wish to be part of the St. Mary's Tech unit. Excluded: All other employees including guards, supervisors, and managers as defined in the Act.
