Unit Sought: Included: All heavy equipment operators and other workers in the jurisdiction of I.U.O.E., Local 139 as set forth in Article VI and IX of the Master Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin, Inc. and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local Union No. 139, AFL-CIO, effective June 1, 2002 through May 31, 2005, and all full time and regular part-time employees who perform the work of the Operating Engineers as journeymen, apprentices, and trainees who are in the process of learing to operate the power equipment by assisting the journeymen and apprentices during any portion of their work day. Excluded: All office clericals, supervisors and guards as defined by the Act.
