Unit Sought: Petitioner National Union of Healthcare Workers (NUHW) petitions for an Armour-Globe election to add all Bereavement Counselors III and Volunteer Program Specialists to the existing Collective Bargaining unit. Included: All full-time, regular part-time and per diem Bereavement Counselors III and Volunteer Program Specialists employed by the Employer at its facility located at 1025 Atlantic Avenue, Suite 100, Alameda, California, to be added to the existing bargaining unit represented by NUHW. Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, employees represented by other labor organizations, guards, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.
