Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part-time service and maintenance employees, employed by the Employer at its facilities in Puerto Rico, located at Cupey, Bayamón, Mayagüez, Hatillo, Carolina, Guaynabo, Caguas and Ponce, including technicians, technician helpers, route specialists, customer relations employees, audit employees, counter employees, sales parts employees, parts employees, cashiers, couriers, parts pro employees, data entry employees, inside stock employees, technical assistance employees, installers, message center employees, MA specialists and MA support specialists, MA lead persons, lead technicians, customer service lead persons, message center persons, audit lead persons, receiving department lead persons, sales and parts lead persons, technician lead persons and merchandise repair lead persons. Excluded: All human resources employees and all professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
