Unit Sought: Included Currently: All full-time and regular part-time licensed practical nurses and medicare coordinators employee by the Employer at its 9400 Conant St. in Hamtramck, MI facility; but excluding all other employees, including office, clerical employees, administrators, temporary and casual employees, medicare coordinators, professional employees, R.N.'s, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act. Exclusion Desired: The EMployer seeks a determination that all full-time and regular part-time licensed practical nurses and medicare coordinators employed by the Employer at its 9400 Conant St. in Hamtramck, MI facility from April 1, 2004 until March 1, 2005 are/were supervisors, and thus not employees, under the Act. In the alternative, the Employer seeks a determination that its reorganization of operations has resulted in all full-time and regular part-time licensed practical nurses and medicare coordinators employed by the Employer at its 9400 Conant St. in Hamtramck, MI being supervisors, and thus not employees, under the Act.
