Unit Sought: The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent with respect to wages, fringe benefits and working condictions for all employees in the bargaining unit. The bargaining unit is more particularly defined as follows: all full-time and part-time , Senior Nurse Aides, Certified Nurse Aides, Orderly/Proter, Physical Therapy Aides, Activity Aides, Cooks, Relief Cooks, Kitchen/Diet Aides/Assistant, Maintenance Workers, Housekeepers, Laundry Aides, Team Leaders, Relief Team leaders. Excluded: casual and temporary employees employed in the foregoing classifications. "Unit Aides" are hereby specially classified in Appendix D as temporary employes. All professional, managerial and confidential employees, guard and supervisors as defined in the Act. Also, all casual and temporary employees as herinafter defined.

Unit Sought: Included: All Full-time and regular part-time RNs, LPNs and charge nurses. Excluded: All other employees, per diem nurses, nurse managers, infection control nurse, staff development nurse, clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
