Unit Sought: Included: All painting, including paperhanging as incidental thereto, or residence, building structure, industrial plants, tanks, vats, pipes, vessels, bridges, light poles, traffic and parking lots, playgrounds, factories, and air line stripes, all isgns, pictorial, coach car, automobile, carriage, aircraft, machinery and scenic painters, spackling of all surfaces where adhesive materials are used, all drywall painting, taping, and finishing and sanding, application of spray insulation, fireproofing, acoustical and foam products, silicones, waterproofing, graphics, silkscreening and laminating application of all architectural finishes including all texture type coatings, All workers engaged in applying or removing paints, pigments, extenders, metal primer, and metal pigments, clear pigments, binders, thinners, and dryers, primers and scalers, oil paints and enamels, water colors and emulsions, clear coatings, waxes, stains, mastics, cement enamels, and other coatings, plastics, adhesives, coating and sheet rubber and other linings, oils, varnishes, watercolors, wallpaper, wallcoverings, wall carpeting, all epoxy polyesters, polyurethanes or other special coatings, or other materials used in the various branches of the trade, and the cleaning and bleaching of all interior serfaces with steam, sandblast, waterblast, or any other process, application of seamless floor products not including plater or cement base coating whether brushed, rolled, sprayed, trowled, or otherwise applied. Territory under the jurisdiction of this Agreement consists of Erie County, McKean County, and Columbus and Freehold Townships of Warren County Pennsylvania; excluding, all office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.
