Unit Sought: Current Unit Members include: All full-time, part-time and casual service employees in the following service ares- Medical Assistant, Medical Record Assistants and Leads, Lab Assistanta, Phlebotomists, Housekeeping Assistants, Housekeeping Team Leaders, Clinical Associates, Central Service Techs (including Registered and/or Certified), Perioperative Carc Asociates, Unit Clerks, Linen Services Attendants (which include Mechanics and Seamstress), Dietetic Assistants and Specialists including Cooks and Leads, Materials Handling Attendance, Support Associates, Film Room Clerks, Nutrition Care Assistants, Sterile Processing Techs, HSC Inventory Control and Anesthesia Aides, excluding, Teaching, administrative and supervisory, registered nurses, professional, technical, security guards, maintenance, doctors, business office clerical and all other employees not included, as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, as amended. Proposed Unit to Include: All full-time, part-time and casual service employees in the following services areas - Medical Assistants, Medical Records, Lab Assistants, Phlebotomists, Housekeeping Assistants and Housekeeping Team Leaders at the WVU Cheat Lake Physicians Center, 608 Cheat Road, Morgantown, West Virginia, 26508, excluding, Teaching administrative and supervisory, registered nurses, professional, technical, security guards, maintenance, doctors, business office clerical and all other employes not included, as defined in the National Labor elations Act, as amended.
