Unit Sought: Included all full time and regular part time certified nursing assistants, state tested nursing assistants, nurses aides, restorative aides, maintenance employees, activity employees, dietary assistants, cooks, housekeepers, and laundry aides. Excluded: All administrators, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, directors, managers, confidential employees, business office employees, professional and technical employees. And all other supervisors and security guards as defined by the Act.
