Unit Sought: Included: All production and maintenance employees.

Unit Sought: All employees in the classifications of work covered by the current Collective Barganing Agreement between Frank L. Ciminelli Construction Co., Inc. and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local No. 17, AFL-CIO, effective June 1, 1993 through May 31 1996, and the schedules attached and made part of the Agreement, namely Engineers, Apprentice Engineers (Also refered to as Oilers), Maintenance Engineers (also referred to as Mechanics), Oilers (also refered to as Apprentice Engineers), FIreman Maintenance Welders, Master mechanics and Assistant Master Mechanics and all other work withing the juridiction of the Union and all persons performing the classes of work covered by the Agreement. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regualr part-time dealers employed by the Employer at its Niagara Falls, NY facility. Excluded: All supervisors(including dual rate dealers), professional employees, and guards as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Include all full-time and part-time employees in Sacramento and Westminster, California offices. Exclude all guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
