Unit Sought: INCLUDED: Platemakers, Pressmen, Feeders and Press Helpers. EXCLUDED: Bindry, Shipping and Receiving Employees, Confidential Employees, Guards and Supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at its Delmont, PA, facility; excluding all office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All production employees, mixers, oven employees, packers, sanitation and shipping and receiving employees, and group leaders. Excluded: All office, clerical employees, sales persons, professional employees, guards and supervisors as in the Act.

Unit Sought: The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agents for its Repair & Mechanical employees, Utility employees, Outside Hourly employees, Warehouse/Delivery employees, DeliveryDrivers, and Vending Attendants employed at its branches in Sacramento, California at 4041 "C" Street and Modesto, Calfiornia at 542 Mariposa Road; and its office, clerical and vault employees at the Sacramento Branch only; but excluding the maintenance employee in the Sacramento, California branch who was hired prior to January 1, 1989, and who is represented by Warehousemen's Union, Lcoal No.17, ILWU, confidential and professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, as amended.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and regular part-time state tested nursing assistants,dietary cooks, dietary employees, laundry employees, housekeeping employees, and activities employees. Excluded: All RN's, LPN's, directors, administrators, managers, business office and clerical employees, security guards, and all other supervisors as defined by the Act.
