Excluding all office clerical employees, porters, and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All office and clerical employees of the Employer employed at its Jeannette, Pennsylvania facility. Excluded: All guards, professional employees, supervisors, technical employees, engineers, draftsmen, janitors, and confidential employees within the meaning of the Act. Purposed: Included: All office and clerical employees and Material Planner and Customer Service Representative employes of the Employer employed at its Jeannette, Pennsylvania facility. Excluded: All guards, professional employees, supervisors, technical employees, engineers, draftsmen, janitors and confidential employees within the meaning of the Act.
