Unit Sought: Included and Excluded: All production employees, truck drivers, trouble-shooters, group leaders, and working foremen who work with tools, operate equipment and/or perform other manual duties while directing a workforce of one or more employees engaged in performing work in the large motor department and small motor department of the Employer, but shall exclude executives of the Employer, office workers, superintendents and salesmen.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time guards and communications officers performing guard duties as defined in Section 9(b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, employed by the Employer at its Lewisburg, Pennsylvania facility; excluding, all office clerical employees and professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
