Unit Sought: Included: The FOUNDATION recognizes SICHS as the exclusive representative of the following employees: All the technicians that the Employer utilizes in the Hospital that is located in Ponce, Puerto Rico, including all the Radiology Technicians, X-ray Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants, Medical Technologists, Laboratory Technicians, Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Electrocardiography Technicians, Respiratory Technicians, Medical Records Technicians, Social Workers, Biomedical Technicians and Coders. Excluded: Executives, Supervisors, Administrators, office personnel, confidential employees, telephone operators, maintenance personnel, messengers, drivers, clothing and purchase distributors, medical doctors, supervisors and security guards, as defined in the Act, employees in other collective bargaining units and every other person with the authority to employ, discharge, promote, discipline, or in any other manner, change the status of the employees or make recommendations to the effect.
