Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time drivers, service people, and dock workers. Excluded: All clerical, office staff, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time technical employees employed by the Employer including Cardiac Sonographer I, CT Techs, CV Techs, Licensed Practical Nurses, MRI Techs, Multi-modality Techs, Neurodiagnostic Techs, OB Techs, Occupational Therapy Assistants-certified, Physical Therapy Assistants, Respiratory Care Practitioners, Special Imaging I, Surgical Techs, X-Ray Special Procedures, X-Ray Techs; excluding Business Office Clerical Employees, Skilled Maintenance Employees, Service and Maintenance Employees. Registered Nurses, Professional Employees, Physicians, Managerial Employees, Guards and Supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time and part time utility employees, guarage attendants, drivers, stockroom attendants, counterperson apprentices and counterpersons employed by the employer at its facility currently located at 8650 Commercial Ave., Chicago, IL 60617. Excluded: All mechanics, employees covered by a CBA or represented by a Union, all other employees, managerial employees, office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time mechanics including journeyman, apprentice, semi-skilled and lube rack technicians employed at the employer's facility currently located in Crystal Lake, IL. Excluded: Office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time warehouse workers and drivers But exclusing office clerical, managers, sales employees, supervisors and guards as defined in the Act. 

Unit Sought: Included: All housekeeping employees. Excluded: All other employees, managers, supervisors, office and guards as defined in the Act.
