Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Engineers and Maintenance Technicians at their facility located at 1401 Arden Way, Sacramento, CA 95815 Excluded: all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All Full-Time and Regular Part-Time Mechanics including Journeyman, Apprentices, Semi-Skilled & Lube Rack Technicians at the Employer's facility located in Tinley Park, IL. Excluded: Office Clerical Employees, Professional Employees, Managerial Employees, Guards and Supervisors as defined in the Act.
