Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time and part time activity aides, painters, smoke monitors and receptionists. Excluded: All other employees, supervisors, department heads, casual employees, clerical workers, guards, LPNs, RNs, managers.

Unit Sought: Included: All over the road drivers, Local deivery drivers and shuttler drivers. Excluded: All office, clerical, and professional employees, all security guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Production employees (i.e. laborers, packers, scales, shipping & receiving, seasoning, mixers, stuffers, grinders, oven operator/cooker, machine operators, quality control, maintenance, fork lift operators and sanitation). Excluded: Office and clerical, sales, professionals, drivers/chauffer, security, non-production and supervisors as defined by the aAct.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time and part time CNAs, dietary workers, cooks housekeeping employees, laundry, unit aides (assistants), activity aides, medical records rehab aides. Excluded: All other employees supervisors, department heads, casual employees, clerical workers, guards, LPNs, RNs, manager, amintenance workers etc.

Unit Sought: Included: Hikers (schuttle drivers) Excluded: Supervisors, Managers, Office Clerical, Sales Persons, Guards, Watchman and all other defined in The Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All temporary laborers assigned to work for the City of Dallas Sanitation Department at all Dallas locations, including West Commerce; McCommas Bluff Landfill; Northwest Transfer Station; Northeast/Fair Oaks Transfer Station; Southwest Transfer Station; District 3 and 4 Garbage; District 1, 2 and 5 Garbage: District 1, 2 and 5 Brush; District 3 and 4 Brush. Excluded: All other employees including guards, supervisors, and clerical employees as defined in the Act.
