Unit Sought: Included: Nurses, certified nurses assistants, housekeeping employees, dietary employees, recreation employees, maintenance employees and day care employees employed at the Employer's Newark, New Jersey facility. Excluded: Office clericals, physical therapy employees, laundry employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and part time employees including license practical nurses, senior phlebotomist license practical nurses, laparoscopy technicians, operation room technicians, orthopedic technicians, physiotherapist, EKG technicians, X-Ray technicians, mammography technicians, surgical equipment technicians, pharmacy technicians and orderlies employed by the Employer at its facility located in Santurce, Puerto Rico. Excluded: All other employees guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
