Unit Sought: Included: All field construction employees performing any and all work in connection with the installation of dry and wet utilities (including but not limited to gas, electric, telephone, cable, and television) employed at or out of the Employer's yard at 6261 Pedley Road, Riverside, California, in the Counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Kern, Inyo, Mono, San Bernardino, and Riveside in the state of California, including machine operators, heavy equipment operators, pipe fitters, plastic fusion employees, welders, mechanics, excavators, backfill employees, cement workers, pavers, laborers, employees performing work in confined spaces, crew foremen, yard employees, class A and B drivers, and employees grounding, setting, leveling and grouting pre-cast manholes, handholes, and pads, as well as the pouring of concrete envelopes, and the laying of pre-assembled cables. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, dispatchers, messengers, sales persons, estimators, project managers, professional employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
