Unit Sought: All full-time and part-time employees employed by Hope Hose, Inc., in the following job titles: Recreation Therapist, primary counselot, addictions counselot, associate counselor, sr. social workers, social workers, case manager's, family therapists, clinicians, ICM program coordinator, program secretaries, drivers, administrative assistants, receptionists, cooks, maintenance workers, respite workers (provided that these employees do not meet the criterion as casual employees as described in "B" below), billing clerk, accountant, accounts payable clerk, nurse, academic instructor, transcriber, intake assissment coordinator, financial case manager, teacher, overnight staff and community outreach coordinator. Excluded: Food service coordinator, quality improvement I manager, payroll and account coordinator, human resources coordinator, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act. Also not included are casual employees, temporary employees, and employees in probationary status as defined as follows: (1) A casual employees is defined as someone who is scheduled to work less that 4 hours per week. (2) A temporary employees is defined as someone who is employed on an occasional basis for a specific purpose and specific period of time. (3) A probationary employee is defined as an employee serving his/her specified initial employment period during which his/her performance is being evaluated for continued employment.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time rental equipment drivers, boom truck drivers, moffet drivers, truck drivers and yardmen. Excluded: All office clerical, sales persons, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time delivery and propane drivers, propane technicians, and service technicians employed at Canton, NY and Gouveneur, NY facilities. Excluded: All other employees including confidential employees & those specifically excluded by the NLRB.
